VSSC 2017: Mrs. Onwubiko Shares Marriage Tips With The Singles


It was another exciting moment at the just concluded Singles' Conference 2017, as Mrs. Victoria Onwubiko takes the singles through a wonderful experience, learning how to prepare themselves for marriage. 


The seminar took place on Friday, 31st of March, and it became more interesting as she made the discussion more interactive, by throwing the floor open for contributions and questions.

Her message was titled LAYING THE FOUNDATION FOR MARRIAGE; and she shared and discussed the below points, which she said, needs to be considered for a successful marriage. 
*Love yourself (Mark 12:21)
*Believe – Believe in God - (2nd Timothy 3:16-17)
*Take responsibility – (Galatians 6:4-5).
*Know where you are headed (Heb 12:1-2)
*Be committed (Gal 6:9).
*Learn to communicate learn to compromise – Empathetic listening, love language. Compromise is not the same as foolishness.

*Be focused – Make your family your primary focus, and keep them from external forces.
*Be ready to keep learning – (Prov 18:5).

2016 Christmas Carol: Wonderful Performances @ Victory Sanctuary (Photos)

The spirit of Christmas was strongly felt by the congregation at Victory Sanctuary S.D.A Church, Lekki, as the 2016 edition of the Christmas Carol took place during the Sabbath worship on Saturday, 17th of December. Everyone got into the joyful celebration mood, as the church danced and  sang along while the various performances lasted. Three young stars; a little girl, a pre-teen and a teenage girl, performed songs while they played with the piano and saxophone respectively. Among those who ministered with carol songs were the daughter of Bukky Ajide, Jesuloba Ajide, who presented a song and  also played a carol tune on the piano, to the delight of the entire church.
